Forty miles of the Pickerel River System is accessible by boat from Northern Lights Resort to provide you with endless hours of fishing enjoyment.

The waters of Little Long Lake contain both Large and Smallmouth Bass, Pickerel (Walleye), Northern Pike, Whitefish and various panfish. Explore and Fish the Waters of the Pickerel River System. The waters of Little Long Lake contain both Large and Smallmouth Bass, Pickerel (Walleye), Northern Pike, Whitefish and various pan fish. We Offer boat and motor rentals on remote lakes for the more adventurous fisherman. Northern Lights Resort has safe boats with Mercury motors canoes, kayakis and pedal boats, all available for rent. During July and August we feature a fishing contest for our guests 12 years and younger.

The House Keeping Cottages of Northern Lights Resort - Northern Lights Resort offers clean modern accommodations in any of our 11 housekeeping cottages which are spread out through a lovely wooded hillside of white birch and maple trees. We offer a choice a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom cottages, featuring electric heat with thermostat control, combined kitchen-living rooms and large windows which provide a lovely view of the lake.
