Sports fishermen & trophy hunters alike frequent Hideaway, located on the famous Clearwater-Pipestone Chain of lakes. 11 lakes are connected via channels and streams to give you access to over 70 miles of water to explore and fish! You are able to fish Northern Pike, Walleye, Large & Small Mouth Bass, Lake Trout, Musky and Perch.

Quality or quantity-or both, you choose. Each individual lake in the chain differs on size of walleye, from eaters up to trophies. The number of lakes to choose from increases the chances of successful fishing all season long. Talk about smallies…what else can we say but "awesome". Pound for pound one of the best fighting fish consistently throughout the chain (in numbers as well as size). What a thrill to experience our year round top water bite! Ontario's best kept secret? Nestled in a bay at the south end of Clearwater Lake, Hideaway's Main Lodge is the hub of the camp. We serve all of our home cooked meals and host all of our Tuesday night fish fries here. Everyone's welcome to take in a ball game, or have a coffee, we invented the "open door policy".

The scenery is breathtaking, and seemingly never ending, in our self proclaimed "God's Country". The pristine waters of Clearwater/Pipestone Chain Of Lakes will never leave the photographer idle. Quite possibly one of the best drive in fishing lakes in N.W. Ontario, the waters vary from deep and clear to shallow and stained. Conservation Licences surely have contributed to the success rate.

Our white tail are big bodied, dressing out from 200-300 lbs. Because of our thick cover, hunts are generally done on tree stands that we have waiting for you. Or in the open slashes,ground blinds are provided. The massive racks on these natural beauties can be either typical or non typical. The thrill of the kill will put you on a high that Is uncomparable to anything you have ever experienced! The processing of the meat can be arranged at a local shop in the town of Emo.
